Historical building in the economic and cultural center of downtown Milan. Its origin dates back to the Roman Empire that has left, inside and under the protection of cultural heritage, some vestiges. Later owned by the renowned Milan families of Sforza and Medici and house of the first Medici bank. The ornamental remains can be viewed in several city museums and in London.
The building went under major renovations in the mid 1980s by architect Toni Cordero with the supervision of the Cultural Heritage Association. At this time the building installed new and sophisticated heating and air conditioning systems, fire protection and video surveillance systems.
The complex consists of two buildings, the first has four floors overlooking Via Bossi and the second building has seven floors facing the inner courtyard. The property is mainly offices.
