In the early 1950s, the city of Milan began the urban redevelopment of the area including via Albricci, via piazza di Gonzaga and Diaz. It was a quadrangle of buildings with similar characteristics: Civic 9 via Albricci is part of it. The structure of the building is made of reinforced concrete, the facades are tile and stone. There are two separate entrances, one for people via Albricci and one for cars via da Cannobio. The main destination is office spaces.
The building has two elevators and two stairwells. The heating system and centralized distribution panels are self-contained both in the offices or in the shops. There is video surveillance and custodial service Monday to Friday 7:30 -13:00 and 14:00 -18:00.
