Building
A period building from the late 19th century known as Palazzo Campanari, featuring a rusticated façade with balconies and windows with triangular and curved pediments. It overlooks Via IV Novembre, Via delle Tre Cannelle, and Via della Cordonata.
Its location is close to cultural sites and major tourist attractions, including, but not limited to, the Trajan’s Forum and the Imperial Forums, Piazza Venezia and the Altar of the Fatherland, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, and the Pantheon.
At the entrance to the building is a guardhouse/concierge with access control; there are CCTV cameras throughout the common areas of the building on the ground floor.
The building recently underwent a renovation, and in particular, a new emergency lighting system was installed to cover the individual floor exits and the horizontal, vertical, and external exit routes, a new public address system with voice alarm, a new fixed automatic fire detection and signaling system, and a new fire-fighting water system and hydrants.
The heating and air conditioning system is centralized, with convectors positioned within each room and equipped with individual thermostats, while the IT rooms in the various offices have independent air conditioning systems.
The building is covered by fiber optic signal with risers reaching each office.
